- All returns must be made within 21 days of purchase (online purchases are 21 days of delivery date). If you purchased online, you are welcome to return your purchase to either storefront or mail it back. Whichever is easiest.
- To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
- All tags must be attached, no exceptions. Items unworn, unwashed, un-altered and smoke/perfume free.
- Shoes must be returned with their original shoebox. Please pack the shoebox inside another box.
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable and return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
- Any items sent back to us that are not in compliance with our return policy will be shipped back to the customer at their expense, no exceptions.

- Due to limited quantity of inventory, we do not normally offer direct exchanges. If you would like to exchange your item for a different size, please email us to ask if we have it available.
- Our team checks all items for any damages or defective areas before shipping them out to you, but we know mistakes happen.
- Damages must be reported to us prior to wearing the garment. Tags must still be attached.
- All reports must be made within 7 days of receiving your garment.
- Please contact us immediately at email@example.com and provide us with a picture of the damaged/defective area. Please include you name and order number.
- We are not liable for USPS First Class Mail packages that are lost or stolen and will not offer a refund. USPS offers up to $100 insurance for priority mail. Please upgrade to our $5 shipping to guarantee Priority Mail. Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org for assistance in filing an insurance claim on USPS.gov.
- If you used our Route Shipping Insurance option, please file a claim with them.
