Waist: Measure the narrowest part of your waist.

HOLIDAY RETURN POLICY:
All purchases made between 12/1/17 and 12/23/17 must be postmarked by you on or before January 15th to be eligible for store credit and must be in compliance with our return policy (see final sale items above). Items marked "final sale" are not applicable to holiday return policy.

All returns must be received within 21 days of the original shipment date. If you purchased online, you are welcome to return your purchase to our storefront. Whichever is easiest.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
All items must be returned to us in their original condition: Unworn, unwashed, smoke-free and with tags still attached
Shoes must be returned with their original shoebox. Please pack the shoebox inside another box.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable and return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
Any items sent back to us that are not in compliance with our return policy will be shipped back to the customer at their expense.

Home + Gift items
Items purchased at 20% off or more (this includes items marked down and/or items bought with a discount code)
Due to limited quantity of inventory, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like to exchange your item for a different size, you will need to send your original item back to our Returns Department. Once we have received your return you will then be issued store credit for the returned item in in which you may use to purchase a new size.
We cannot guarantee the item you are trying to exchange for will still be available when the return reaches our store.
Our team checks all items for any damages or defective areas before shipping them out to you, but we know mistakes happen.
Damages must be reported to us prior to wearing the garment. Tags must still be attached.
All reports must be made within 3 days of receiving your garment. If report is made within 3 days of receiving, we will cover return shipping and offer to replace if we have the item available or we will issue a refund for the purchase.
Please contact us immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org and provide us with a picture of the damaged/defective area. Please include you name and order number.
Damaged/defective items reported after 3 days of receiving can be returned for store credit up to 21 days after original shipment date. Return shipping will be the responsibility of the customer after the 3 day mark
